A Note From The Founder

Armored Faith® wasn't built by someone who has it all figured out. It was born from a believer's ongoing journey of falling, learning, growing, and continually finding God's grace.

I was raised in a Baptist church, where the foundation of my faith was established early in life. But like many believers, there were seasons when I drifted, allowing the noise and distractions of the world to become louder than the voice of God. Through hardship, spiritual battles, and encounters with ideas that stood in opposition to Christ, God faithfully pursued me and drew me back to Him time and time again.

Armored Faith® was born from that journey—not as a testimony of having arrived, but as a reminder that God's grace is greater than our failures. This brand has been shaped by personal experiences, meaningful conversations with close Christian friends, and a shared desire to grow deeper in our faith and pursue Christ more faithfully every day.

More than anything, Armored Faith® is for those who recognize part of their own story here—for those who grew up in the Church but wandered, for those who have wrestled with doubt or the pull of the world, and for those who are finding their way back to God.

The truth is that many of us are walking the same road. We are all being shaped, refined, and transformed by God's grace. That is the heart behind Armored Faith®.

Every design is created with intention—to reflect biblical truth, remind us to put on the full Armor of God, and inspire conversations that point others to Jesus Christ.

My prayer is that Armored Faith® encourages believers to stand firm in their faith, reminds those who have wandered that God never stops pursuing His children, and ultimately points people to—or back to—Christ.

FAQ

When will I get my order?

All of our apparel is made to order just for you. Please allow about 7 days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. If you need it faster, select an expedited shipping option (Priority 2–3 day or Express 1–2 day) at checkout.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

Since production and transit time can vary, please allow the full estimated window (production + shipping) before reaching out. If your order still hasn't arrived after that, contact us at armoredfaithofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Since every item is custom made, please email us at armoredfaithofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue
  3. A brief description of what's wrong

What's your return policy?

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing, color preference, or change of mind. We recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or defective, see our damaged/wrong item policy above — we'll make it right.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing selected at checkout, or orders shipped to an inaccurate address provided by the customer. If there's a genuine production defect or damage, reported within 30 days with photo proof, we'll replace the item rather than issue a refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Since each item is custom-produced, we're unable to offer exchanges. We recommend double-checking our sizing guide before placing your order to make sure you get the right fit the first time.
